so les bon temps definitely roule last night. many people attended ex-housemate's annual Mardi Gras Party who hadn't been there for a few years. good to see 'em all. staggered home sometime this morning (it's good to live within walking distance of a place you might be drinking.) and recharged for a few hours.

why a pirate? why not? unfortunately i had to crop the parrot out of the picture - the layout would have been too rectangular. *sigh*
