Musings of an Internet Axolotl

so, Sadie and I rode our individual bicycles (not the pseudo-tandem created by the Trail-A-Bike hitched to my seat post) downtown and back today. First time she's soloed on the street. Cars were, unsurprisingly, a bit scary. But we made it without any major mishaps.

Too windy and too pollen-y for it to be a good day to ride, though. Since we got home I've been hacking up various portions of lung. Yummy.

Tomorrow, over the hill to a family friend's retirement party. Whee! No major traveling this Memorial Day, for which I am grateful.
