On Vox: vox oddness

so i basically got a vox account so i could comment on the posts of a few vox-only posters -- most of my peers still have LJ and do the double-posting thing, so i read their stuff over there.

i've noticed, though, that if one of those double-posts shows up on my LJ friends page and i hit the "originally posted at <user>.vox.com" link, i can't get that post. this is weird. i'm wondering if they're friend-locked or something like that - i haven't been able to convince Vox to let me add anyone to my friends/neighborhood yet! darn new interfaces...
