jo-ha-ri (whoa-oh)
Feb. 17th, 2006 06:57 pmso now that two of my LJ friends have done the johari thing, i feel that i must get in while it's still cool. ;)
http://kevan.org/johari?name=axolotl9 to pick on me.
In other news, went to see the Curious George movie with my daughter today (no school, rain, bored kid, sick spouse - definitely time to go to the movies.). Not much like the books. Some nice in-jokes - the ship on which they travel to and from Africa is the "H.A. Rey". I did, however, find that Will Ferrell is much more tolerable as an actor when I'm not actually looking at his face (he comes from the grimace-n-grin school of acting, along with Jim Carrey). Younger children will probably like it, anyone older than eight will probably be bored. Jack Johnson's music was very cool.
We got snow in the Santa Cruz Mountains last night, and more is possible tonight. If it sticks I may take Sadie up to see it (it's been about 5 years since the last time we got snow locally.).
